We gave this to our daughter, who wanted a springform pan that didn’t have a non-stick surface applied. She raves over the quality, and likes it especially because it b=can be used in her Instapot

Have not used the pan yet but the company has been very nice to work with. They have bent over backwards after I ordered the wrong size pan to send me the right size

This pan made it so easy to make a cheese cake. On my first try the cake came out whole.
